In practice this means that the customer can, for example, order an entire topside separated into an eye and centre cut. With or without PAD. Or, if preferred, a knuckle separated into four cuts, with PAD, rather than a whole knuckle.

Grootvlees supplies a wide range of beef cuts. We supply standard cuts of beef (from both steers and cows) and cuts according to the specifications of the client. We can deviate from the standard in terms of cut, fat content, labelling and packaging.

Unique Batch Code

Each batch of meat processed is given a unique batch code. This code tracks the carcass, every cut, the crate or box in which it is packaged. This allows any party involved to retrieve the required data and information at any time. This data is also stored on the EAN-128 barcode that each crate, box or pallet is equipped with.
